Tag det sure med det sjove

Israel fyldte 60 år i år. Men den Arabiske/Israelske konflikt er ældre endnu. Kernen er den samme. Araberne som ikke vil ikke godkende en to-statsløsning er færre end i 1948, jøderne der ikke tror på en to-statsløsning er angiveligt flere.
Om 60 år kan man håbe på de lever i fred, men jeg ville ikke satse noget værdifuldt på det.
Det er skruen uden ende. Ikke den eneste konflikt i verden, men en som vi har hørt de samme ting om igen og igen, set de samme billeder fra igen og igen, en som de fleste nok er træt af og er på nippet til at ikke gide høre og læse mere om.

Men så man jo ty til den klassiske og subtile monolog fra Monty Pythons "Life if Brian."

Ingen Monty Python medlemmer er blevet slået ihjel for den, heldigvis da, men det lykkedes da filmen at blive forbudt i Norge.

God fornøjelse. Virkeligheden er tragisk, og vi kan ikke altid lade som ingenting og kigge den anden vej. Så lad os trække på smilebåndet af vanviddet og håbe de snart bliver træt af at have kørt i samme spor i over 60 år dernede.
